The mission of Journey to Nia™ is to center Black joy, and to eradicate anti-Black racism in early childhood through transformative professional development.
Our full-day retreat can help you shift your program’s learning environment to ensure that Black children from birth to 8 years old, thrive. You will:
Envision and learn how to support Black child joy for children in your care
Identify and eradicate anti-Black racism in your programs
Experience restoration and radical self-care
